I have been very disappointed in this car wash in recent months. The car no longer comes out dry the tires don’t get shined all the way around. By the time you tip it’s $30 to wash your car. They can do better.

Really like ScrubaDubs carwash and convenient express interior cleanings, but lately they've been doing a terrible job with wiping the interior windshield leaving terrible streaks only visible at night or when interior fog. I've asked them multiple times to focus on it a bit more or either don't wipe it at all as I always have to reclean it fully. Whatever product they're using is terrible as even normal windex wouldn't leave streaks this bad, almost feels like they're just wiping it with whatever greasy armor all they use for the dashboard.

Membership is so worth it! Excellent wash, car comes out so clean. Attendants are friendly and efficient. Free vacuum is another plus! Highly recommend!!!

Better than average car wash that I’ve been using for the past 3-4 years. I have tried their interior cleaning services too. If you need frequent interior cleaning, try their basic interior. The unlimited plans are good and worth it if you like to do a car wash more than once every month.

You get fast friendly service! No questions asked by new customers about procedures or available wash opportunities are too ridiculous to be answered. They even have personal help for persons with disabilitiesI I highly recommend this place for its wonderful service!

Jonathan was extremely helpful in all ways. There was an issue with my gift card which he handled, he actually offered to drive my car through the car wash because he noticed a disability I have, he made sure I wouldn't have a problem with the flashes in the drive-thru, went above-and-beyond with some extra dirty spots on the car, and he was very pleasant, sensitive, and patient during the entire experience. I was extremely happy with Jonathan's service and hope to see him when I return.

They canceled my appointment for a detail but I was able to show up anyway and get my car’s interior cleaned - however they refused to clean any dog hair and my car was returned to me almost exactly how it was left. But even outside of the dog hair they barely cleaned it, windows still had smudges, etc.

The Boston area is very expensive when it comes to car washes. I guess people in Boston are accustomed to these prices. Where i lived before in Middletown, NY, a quick machine wash of the outside of the car only was under 8 dollars. At Scrubadub, the same quicky is around $20.00. Takes getting used to. Still, compared to other car washes in Boston, ScrubaDub has better prices. They also have some better deals like a monthly membership that keeps the cost a bit lower. They do offer special cleaning of the inside of the car so that you can do deep cleaning if you need it. The self-service vacuum is inexpensive, but the vacuum nozzle is too wide to fit between the console and the seats. So you can only get wide floor areas and seat tops. Still, it is better than nothing. Overall they are a very good service. Their employees were polite and patient when I asked questions.
